Is GlassCode a native Mac app?
Yes. It’s built in SwiftUI for macOS 26 Tahoe, with Liquid Glass throughout and Metal shaders for its effects.
Does it work with my existing Claude or ChatGPT plan?
Yes. GlassCode runs the official Claude Code and Codex CLIs with your own logins, so you keep the plans you already pay for. There’s no separate AI account.
Do I need Claude Code or Codex installed?
You need at least one of them, and both work side by side. GlassCode can update either CLI with one tap.
Can I use more than one account?
Yes. Add several Claude and Codex logins. GlassCode stays on the account you picked until it’s spent, then moves to the one with the most left and puts your prompt back.
Is my code private?
Your code, prompts and chats never pass through GlassCode’s servers. They go straight from the CLI on your Mac to Anthropic or OpenAI, exactly as they would from your terminal.
How do updates work?
GlassCode updates itself. New versions download in the background and install when you’re ready.
